I was very impressed with the care and consideration that my elderly and very fragile aunt was treated with my the two staff members at her out patients ultrasound appointment yesterday - it made a frightening experience so much easier for her. Thank you.

I have visited the fracture clinic twice following a broken & dislocated wrist. Each time it has been very busy but this did not impact on the excellent treatment at the clinic. The staff were friendly & efficient. I was impressed by their professionalism. The only reason I only gave 4 stars to the question about information was that I have struggled since the cast was removed to know how to improve the use of my wrist -I was given a short briefing & promised a letter to explain things further but as yet this has not appeared.

On 16 December I came in with a gross deformation of the wrist following a fall.although it was very busy I was seen with within about 20 minutes & the care was second to none. I required an operation to help repair the break & again I could not fault the care I received.

From admission to discharge I was treated very well by all staff. I was on ward 24. It was very clean. I was very comfortable overnight in the hospital bed. I would like to thank the night especially, because through the night I wasn’t too good and the nurses were so attentive. It was good to see such caring nurses. Thank you so much. I would say that breakfast is not quite what I would have thought I’d get! It would have been nice to have had more than a choice of cereals to eat. I was left feeling hungry. Not good to start your day. After been discharged I was surprised to get a phone call the following day to ask how I was? Very good touch of after care. I feel I wouldn’t be so apprehensive about going into hospital if this is how I will be looked after. I hope this care is throughout the hospital and not just this day surgery ward.

Excellent treatment from the paramedics and the clinicians in A&E in particular Dr Katharine Morris as well as her Registrar. Also the Reception staff could not have been more helpful and taped my husband to the entrance to pick me up. Thank you MK University Hospital.

From the time the Paramedics arrived to take me to hospital until the time I was discharged by the A&E Doctor you could not wish for better care from MK Hospital. My visit was nothing like we have seen on the news lately at other hospitals but quiet the opposite with a positive experience and all the necessary tests carried out swiftly and without too much delay. The staff are under enormous pressure especially at this time of the year but they look after their patients with such professionalism and kind and do all they can to make your visit as comfortable as possible. A very dedicated team who should be proud of themselves. Thank You Eammon Walsh

I was seen by my GP at 8.30am and attended A & E for an x-ray on my knee, I left A & E at approximately 9.15am, fantastic service A&E wasn`t busy, but I think if I had attended a bit later it would have been a different story.

Excellent session today. Prompt (started 1 minute early, in fact!!!) and kept to the 2 hour timescale as explained in the pre-appointment letter. FANTASTIC service and thanks to all involved.

My son was treated in under an hour for a suspected broken elbow. He was treated with great care and attention and I would particularly like to thank Sarah Curzon for her thorough assessment and reassurance. The whole experience was very efficient and professional. Thank you.
